Using MenuMiles
MenuMiles helps you understand restaurant menus, discover dishes and communicate with restaurant staff. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the applicable software license. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for the information you submit. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement where you live, use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian permission.
Translations and food information
Translations, inferred ingredients, nutrition estimates and illustrative images can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are informational and are not medical or dietary advice. Confirm allergens, cross-contact, preparation methods, portions, prices and special requests directly with the restaurant. Do not rely on the app to determine whether a dish is safe.
Orders and restaurant payments
MenuMiles prepares a card or audio message for you to communicate your choices. It does not transmit an order to a restaurant, make a reservation, deliver food or accept payment for restaurant purchases. Your agreement for food and service is with the restaurant.
Menu packs
New accounts include 10 menu analyses. Additional consumable packs of 10, 25 or 50 analyses may be purchased in the app. MenuMiles does not require a recurring subscription. The App Store displays the applicable local price and purchase terms before payment. Credits are used for completed analyses according to the app’s purchase ledger.
Payments and refunds
Apple processes app and in-app purchases. Refund requests are handled through Apple under its terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

You retain your rights in the content you submit and authorize the processing needed to provide the service. Only publish content you have the right to share. Do not post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or misleading content, reveal another person’s private information, or interfere with the service. Community content may be moderated or removed. Reporting and blocking tools are available in the app.
Availability and changes
Menu analysis, purchases and synchronization require network access. Features may depend on supported languages, device voices and third-party services. MenuMiles may update features or interrupt access for maintenance, security or service issues. Mandatory rights relating to paid purchases remain unaffected.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The MenuMiles name, design and software belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the app under the applicable license, but may not misuse the service, bypass access controls or copy protected material except where law permits.
Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for confirming food and order information with the restaurant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or removes your mandatory consumer protections. Any unresolved issue remains subject to applicable law and competent courts; no unsupported governing jurisdiction is specified here.

Questions about these terms can be directed through Contact. The iOS app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate license is shown on the App Store.
